Something broken, something unclear, or something you would like to see? Get in touch.
Two things make almost any bug findable, so please include them if you can:
Coins, unlocks and settings are saved on your device rather than to an account, so they do not follow you to a new phone and they are removed if the app is uninstalled or its storage is cleared. There is currently no way to recover a save that has been deleted.
Your display name, leaderboard entries and friends list are on your account instead. That account has no password and cannot be recovered either — uninstalling issues a new one next time, with an empty board.
Open Settings in the game and press Delete account. That permanently removes your display name, every leaderboard entry and your friends list. It leaves your coins, unlocks and settings alone, because those live on the device — uninstalling is what clears those.
If you have already uninstalled and want an account removed, email the address above with the player number or display name. Without the device we may not be able to confirm the account is yours, so deleting it from inside the game first is much the safer route. The privacy policy has the detail.
Open the shop and use Restore purchases, which asks the app store what you own and re-applies it. If that does not work, email the address above with the receipt from Google or Apple.
Open it a second time. The Hall records why it failed and shows you that reason on the next launch. Sending the words on that screen — in particular the highlighted step name — tells us exactly where it stopped.
Jump and slide are quick flicks up and down; steering is a slower drag left and right. If a jump fires when you meant to steer, try moving your thumb more deliberately across the screen rather than in a fast arc — and please tell us, because that balance is tuned from reports like it.
